3. OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
3.1. Correct positioning of the knife
Sharpening wheel
Insert the blade close to its handle A or cap B to ensure that the entire blade from
C to tip D can be sharpened.
Hold the knife horizontally in relation to the knife sharpener.
Do not press down on the tip of the knife.
Note: Insert the blade along the diagonal slot and alternate single pulls in the left and right slots.
