Right Header

1. Goes up from bottom/ undo right motor mount/ jack up motor.

2. Start 1 bolt from bottom on back side of flange.

3. Start 1 bolt from top on front side of flange but only thread it in about

4 threads.

4. Remove the first bolt you started at the back of flange so header is

moved around easily.

5. Install dipstick tube.

6. Put rear bolt back in loosely.

7. Put silicone on flange of air tube and tighten using supplied 5/16 x 1

¼ bolt flat and lock washers and nut.

8. Install header gasket and rest of bolts then tighten.

9. Install O2 sensors and all air tubes.

10. Install plugs and boots, left from the bottom, right 2 rear ones from

bottom 2 front ones from the top.

11. Install starter.
