Exchanging / replacing the alarm system
The power supply of the stabo smoke alarm device is provided through a 9 V block battery having a
lifetime of approx. 1 year under normal operating conditions. If the battery capacity becomes weak, a
clearly audible beep sounds every 30 - 40 seconds (warning duration: 30 days at least). In this case,
immediately exchange the used battery!
Disposal instruction
Electronic devices and used up batteries are not to be thrown into the domestic waste.
Please hand in the used batteries at your point of sale or at a public collecting point.
Hand in the device at your municipal waste disposal company or a collecting point specialized in electronic
scrap.

Temperature range: approx. 4°C to 40°C
