Adjust the position of the device to be charged.
Before resuming power supply, ensure that
the device to be charged has sufficiently
cooled down.
Be mindful that if the device to be charged is
in use while power is being supplied, it will

Remove the device to be charged and place it
back on after 5 seconds; the power supply will
resume.
If the temperature rises while power is being
supplied, it may stop charging due to the
protection function on the charger.
The device to be charged may be in use while
power is being supplied.
Supply power within the operating
temperature range.
It could be out of the usage temperature
range.
Use the included USB cable. A USB cable other than the one included may
be in use.
This product comes with a protective function
that stops power supply to the device when
overcurrents are detected.
The device to be charged could be placed
outside the power supply area.
Remove the foreign matter and place the device to

reception coil built-in; power is supplied from electromagnetic induction generated when
the power reception coil comes near the power transmission coil that has received the
electrical current.
* The position in which the power reception coil had been installed in the device to be
charged may differ depending on the type of device. Adjust the position in which the
device to be charged is placed within the power supply area by turning it upside down
and such.
