4. Choose Communication Type
If you do not need communication capabilities, select communication code N.
If a Communication protocol is selected, Control Voltage must be 24 Vdc (Control Power
Source Codes BD, BD1, BD2 or BD6 only. Refer to ).
If additional I/O is needed with communication, select communication code N in Table
18.104 and choose between Forms W10, W11, W12, W13 and W14 from .

5. Choose Factory Modifications
When choosing Factory modifications, the Form code must be added at the end of the
catalog number. If several forms are selected, they must be arranged in alphabetical
order. There are two types of Forms available: abbreviated forms and standard forms.
