17. Checking / Adjusting

the Accuway

Continue to rotate the ACCUWAY Adjustment

Screw (19) clockwise (Fig. 15a) until the Accuway

is out of view while looking down into the hopper

(Fig. 15b).

The Control Lever Stop

(73) can shift a little up or

down the length of the

handle as needed.

16. Tighten the Bolts

The center bolt that runs through the Control Lever

needs to be tightened enough to keep the Lever

secure, but also be free enough to function.

e) Move the gate control lever to CLOSED and re-

evaluate the rate gate. If it is closed, then no

further adjustment is necessary.

f) If the rate gate is still open, then repeat steps

3-5 until the gate is closed.

Start rotating the Accuway Adjustment Screw (19)

clockwise.

Secure the Linkage Guide (47) in place by

tightening* the bolt (46) that goes through the lower

handle. (Seestep12onpage12forclarication).

*Bolt can remain slightly loose, allowing Linkage Guide to move.

18. Final Step

Place the Screen

(69) down inside the

hopper.

Attach the Hopper

Cover (68) by hooking

it around the rim of

the Hopper.
