A pound sign (#) icon next to the variable name indicates that the variable is numeric.
An icon with the letter “A” indicates that the variable is a string (alphanumeric)
variable, w
hich may contain both letters and numbers. A less-than sign (left angle
bracket) indicates that the variable is a short string, containing eight or fewer
characters.
E Click OK to run the procedure.

You can quickly go to any item in the Viewer simply by selecting it in the outline pane.
