For new toolbars, click New Tool.

also enter a toolbar name.
Customize Toolbar
Use the Customize Toolbar dialog box to customize existing toolbars and create new
toolbars. Toolbars can contain any of the available tools, including tools for all
menu actio
ns. They can also contain custom tools that launch other applications, run
command syntax files, or run script files.
