To Add Captions to a Table
E From the Pivot Table menus choose:
Insert
Caption
The words Table Caption are displayed at the bottom of the table.
E Select the words Table Caption and enter your caption text over it.

Printing Pi
vot Tables
Several fac
tors can affect the way printed pivot charts look, and these factors can be
controlled by changing pivot table attributes.
For multidimensional pivot tables (tables with layers), you can either print all
layers or p
rint only the top (visible) layer.
For long o
r wide pivot tables, you can automatically resize the table to fit the page
or control the location of table breaks and page breaks.
Use Print Preview on the File menu to see how printed pivot tables will look.
