l Widths is used to set all data cells to the same width.

the pivot table.
E From the m
enus choose:
Format
Set Data Cell Widths...

Enter a value for the cell width.
To Change
the Width of a Pivot Table Column
E Activat
e the pivot table (double-click anywhere in the table).
E Move the
mouse pointer through the category labels until it is on the right border
of the column you want to change. The pointer changes to an arrow with points
on both ends.
E Hold down the mouse button while you drag the border to its new position.
