ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TT15388

1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.

2. Screw the socket assembly (B) into the base (A).

Pull balance of cord from base to tighten excess.

3. Screw threaded rod (C) into the socket assembly.

4. Place washer (D) onto threaded rod.

5. Place shade (E) over threaded rod and secure

shade in place using finial (F).

6. Insert bulbs into bulb socket.

Uses (2) Maximum 75WATT Type “A” Bulbs or

(2) 18WATT CFL bulbs. (Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives.
