ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TF16008

1. Place the base (G) on a level surface.

2. Screw the lower column (F) into base (G).

3. Screw the center column (E) into lower column (F).

4. Screw the upper column (D) into center column (E).

5. Place the glass (C) over socket (H) and tighten socket ring (B),

securing shade in place.

6. Insert the bulb (A) into bulb socket.

Recommended (1) maximum 100 WATT, Type “A” Bulb

or (1) maximum 23 Watt CFL Bulb (Bulb included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
