ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: SPT16044

1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.

2. Screw the decorative rod (C) into the arm (B).

3. Put the shade (E) onto the socket (D) and tighten the socket

ring (F), securing the shade in place.

4. Insert the bulb into the bulb socket.

Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT, Type “A” Bulb

or (1) maximum 13 Watt CFL Bulb

(Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
