ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: SPT16042

1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.

2. Place the shade (C) onto the socket (B) and tighten the socket

ring (D), securing shade in place.

3. Screw the glass flower onto the threaded rod.

Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT, Type “A” Bulb

or (1) maximum 13 Watt CFL Bulb

(Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
