Detailed Application Instructions – Technical Bulletin
Materials Needed:
• Spray & Forget Cleaner
• Garden Pump Sprayer or our custom Hose Attached Chemical Sprayer
• Hose and Triggered Spray Nozzle
• Ladder
• Respiratory Mask, Gloves, and Goggles depending on your sensitivity level
Directions For Use: Keep spray off flowers. Hire professional help if you are inexperienced with the necessary application
methods. Use caution when applying as treated surface may become slippery. We recommend using eye protection when
mixing or applying Spray & Forget cleaner. Gloves and a respiratory mask may also be needed as each person has a different
sensitivity level when using chemicals. See product label for precautionary statement, treatment, storage and disposal
information. Do not mix Spray & Forget with detergents or other chemicals. Avoid application on windy days.
For No-Rinse application, mix 5 parts water and 1 part Spray & Forget concentrate in any garden pump sprayer. When
using the garden pump sprayer, add water first and then mix chemical in water. Thoroughly wet all perimeter
landscaping with water immediately before and after the application. Apply a thorough coat of diluted product to all
affected areas at least 24 hours prior to any rainfall or snow. For roof applications, you should hire a roof cleaning
specialist and request that they use Spray & Forget cleaner if you are not experienced with walking on roofs. Do NOT
rinse. The streaks and stains will continue to disappear with subsequent rainfall over the next 3-9 months for roof
surfaces and within 1-8 weeks for all other exterior surfaces. Stains may appear darker, for a few days, immediately after
application which is a positive sign that the product is working correctly.
For rapid results (Will not work for roof moss applications), We recommend that you use the “No Rinse”
application method above as it is the safest and easiest application method! However, if you must have rapid results
then mix 5 parts water and 1 part Spray & Forget concentrate in any garden pump sprayer (Spray & Forget will not work
with hose end sprayers sold by other manufacturers). When using the garden pump sprayer, add water first and then mix
chemical in water. Thoroughly wet all perimeter landscaping with water immediately before and after the application.
Apply a thorough coat of diluted product to all affected areas at least 24 hours prior to any rainfall or snow. For roof
applications, you should hire a roof cleaning specialist and request that they use Spray & Forget cleaner if you are not
experienced with walking on roofs. For rinsing, wait 12-24 hours and rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer with the
wand backed away from the roof shingles as to reduce the pressure. DO NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE ON ROOF
SHINGLES! You must rinse within 3-4 feet of the stain to be removed. After rinsing, Spray & Forget will continue to
clean and prevent stains with subsequent rainfall.
For preventive maintenance, After cleaning the surface with Spray & Forget (as described above), apply a mixture of 9
parts water with 1 part Spray & Forget concentrate every 18-24 months for all non-roof surfaces and every 3-5 years for
roof surfaces to permanently prevent the stains from re-appearing. Do not rinse.

patios, walk ways, pavers, flower pots, driveways, sidewalks, pool decks and cages, awnings, umbrellas,
playground equipment, tennis courts, RV’s, and more.
