RETURN POLICY
SpotCell® Enterprise iii
Return Policy
Prior to purchasing a SpotCell Enterprise system you agree to the terms indicating that
your cell phone or other wireless device does work within 50ft of the coverage problem
spot. If this requirement is met, you have the option to return the system for a refund
once we provide you with a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA Number). You
(the customer) are responsible for shipping costs incurred for a return for refund. Product
will only be refunded if it is not damaged, contains all components, and is returned within
30 days of purchase.
For returns related to repairs within the 1 year warranty period, you can return the
coverage and donor units and power supply to Spotwave at your expense, (via a ground
shipping account that we will provide you) referencing a Spotwave RMA Number from
Customer Service & Support. Our policy is to repair or replace within 20 working days of
receipt of system, and return the system to you with the following exception:
If for some reason you receive a product that is not functioning at all (or dead on arrival),
Spotwave will advance replace the product (at no charge to you) once you provide us
with a waybill or tracking number of the original product which is being returned.
You will be charged for returned product which is found to be damaged.
If during a return for repair or replacement you choose to use your own shipper as
opposed to the Spotwave shipping account provided, Spotwave will not reimburse for
incurred shipping costs.
