CONTINUOUS GPS MODE
CHANGE LOCATION TAB
Continuous GPS Mode improves the reliability of the SmartOne C’s GPS location by achieving a GPS accuracy of
<=60ft 2DRMS. When Continuous GPS Mode is enabled, the SmartOne C’s GPS will remain always on and active.
NOTE: Using Continuous GPS Mode requires the SmartOne C to be line powered. Failure to use line power will
fully drain the batteries within 2-3 days.
Contact your Globalstar Sales Representative for additional guidance in using this feature and how to purchase the
SmartOne C Line Power Cable.
ENABLING CONTINUOUS GPS MODE
Perform the following steps to enable Continuous GPS Mode:
• On the Menu Bar, select Tools > Continuous GPS Configuration and the Unlock Continuous GPS dialog will be
displayed.
• Enter the Unlock Code and select the OK button.
NOTE: Contact your Globalstar Sales Representative for the Unlock Code.
• An Activation Success message will be displayed. Select the OK button.
