Assembly Instructions:
1. Install to lower bracket fastener as
shown
2. Tighten with 9/16” Wrench or Socket

• SPA-A002 Address Plate with
Pre-installed Numbers
• (2) Stainless Steel Screws (2) Stain
less Steel Washers and (2) Flanged
Locknuts
Assembly Instructions:
1. Install to lower bracket fastener as
shown
2. Tighten with Phillips Screwdriver
