Warranty
This warranty warrants that the mailbox, post, or accessory sold by Spin-Digger is sold free of
latent defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Spin-Digger warrants to the original
consumer purchaser of this mailbox product for 90 days from period after purchase. This
warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective mailbox product. At Spin-Digger’s
discretion, defective products must be returned freight prepaid to Spin-Digger’s factory. If the
unit is determined to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Spin-Digger’s
option. This warranty does not include repair or replacement due to defects caused by abuse,
misuse, fire, vandalism, damage by moving vehicle, substandard or nonconforming installation,
contact with brick mortar, destructive weather conditions (includes salt air, road salt or other
corrosive materials) or consequential damages to surrounding property. This warranty does not
cover the labor or any other cost of removal, reinstallation, or replacement of the defective
mailbox product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal
rights not mentioned here. These rights will vary from state to state.
