11.3 Battery change

The clock continues to run for up to 5 minutes without batteries.

• The batteries should therefore be changed quickly.

• If necessary, reset the time with the MDU 110 mobile programming unit after changing the

batteries.

NOTE

Problem-free operation is only ensured with fully charged batteries.

• Replace weak batteries immediately as soon as the signal occurs.

• Only use approved batteries

• Always replace all batteries.

• The use of rechargeable battery packs is not permitted.

1. Slide the cover to the side. 2. Remove the batteries.

3. Insert new batteries. Ensure the polarity is

correct.

4. Slide the cover back into place.

NOTE

Product damaged caused by closing the EFL 30 / EFL 30 C without batteries.

If the EFL 30 / EFL 30 C is closed without batteries after commissioning, it can no

longer be opened without force.
