This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications.

Antenna Separation Distance
When operating your Spektrum
transmitter, please be sure to maintain
a separation distance of at least 5 cm
between your body (excluding fingers,
hands, wrists, ankles and feet) and the
antenna to meet RF exposure safety
requirements as determined by FCC
regulations.
The following illustration shows the
approximate 5 cm RF exposure area and typical hand placement
when operating your Spektrum transmitter.
Prior to flying, contact your local or regional modeling organizations
for guidance and familiarize yourself with the current local rules
and FAA regulations governing model aviation in your location.
