POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, Expressed or Implied, Including any
implied warranty of merchantability or for any particular purpose. It is purchaser's sole responsibility
to determine the suitability of any Applied Applications Product for any particular application.
Recommendations made by Applied Applications are believed to be reliable, Applied Applications
makes no warranty of results to be obtained. Purchasers sole and exclusive remedy, regardless of the
theory on which a claim may be based, including, without limitation, negligence, contract, breach of
warranty, strict product liability or misrepresentation, is the replacement of this product or, in the
alternative, the original purchase price of this product, Excluding the costs of labor to remove or
reinstall the product or field repair expenses. In NO event shall Applied Applications be liable for
Incidental, Consequential, Special, Indirect or Punitive Damages.
Purchaser must notify Applied Applications in writing, of any claim at 500 Colorado Street Kelso, WA
98626 within 30 days of discovery of any alleged manufacturing defect. After the product claimed to be
defective is inspected by Applied Applications salesman or authorized official, who authorizes its return
