Browning Level: 7 Continuous adjustable toasting levels (9); ranging from lightest to darkest color. Toasting Function Buttons: Bagel (7): is specially designed for toasting bagels. Press this button once to activate this function and the indicator (4) above it will light. Defrost (6): is suitable for defrosting frozen bread or bagels. Cleaning Instruction: 1. Unplug the toaster from the AC outlet and let cool. 2. Wipe the outside with a soft, dry cloth. Never use metal polish or other solvents. 3. Remove the crumb tray (11) on the bottom of the toaster and brush out crumbs. If the toaster is used frequently, accumulated bread crumbs should be removed regularly (at least once a week).
