6. The installation height should accommodate people of different heights. Please note that
the sensor should not be higher than the height of the person's head. It should be installed where
below average height can still be measured, and above average height can bend down to scan.
4.1.2 Temperature Reading & Face Recognition View
After configuring the temperature Reading and face match criteria, the device can
measure the body temperature and compare faces.
When detecting a face, the device will display the following overlays:
• Abnormal temperature: the red block and temperature will be shown.
• Normal temperature: the green block and temperature will be shown.
• If “Trigger Alarm Audio” is selected, you will hear the alarm voice.
