REPLACE THE TRIMMER HEAD WITH THE 3-TEETH
BLADE (THE TRIMMER HEAD IS FIXED IN THE TOOL IN
THE ORIGINAL PACKING )
Insert and keep the shaft lock rod into the hole of trimmer head
and loosen the trimmer head by screwing it clockwise. Take
away the trimmer head. (See Fig. F1)
1) Stick the stop rod (22) into the hole on the side of trimmer
head.
2) Loosen the trimmer head by clockwise.
3) Take away the trimmer head.
First Keep the lower plate(c) stay on the tool, take away the
upper plate(d). (See Fig. F2)
Then, put the 3-teeth blade, upper plate, Blade nut cover,
locking nut on the tool in proper order. Tighten the locking nut.
(See Fig. F3)
1)Install the checking ring following the sketch map.(see Fig F4 )
NOTICE:If you don’t match the tooth profile, wheel gear may
damage, you will hurt somebody.
2)Put the step surface away from the blade. (see Fig F4 F5 )
NOTICE: If you don’t put the bigger side on the surface of
blade, blade can’t be press completely, you will hurt somebody.
3)Insert the bolt cover. (see Fig F5)
NOTICE: Keep the front opening to the earth.The cover’s
function is protecting the bolt from damage.
WARNING: The bolt cover can protect the bolt from damage. If
you damage the bolt, you can not change your blade.
4)Use the shaft lock rod insert into the hole on the side of work
head.
Then use the Hex wrench tighten the screw after we fix the
work head. (see Fig F6)
NOTICE: To protect against injury, you have to wear gloves
prior to any operation with the 3-teeth blade. The blade have
two side cutting function customers can turn-over the blade to
use again.
NOTICE: Assembling the upper plate in the direction as Fig.F3.
Use hex wrench to fasten the locking nut by anticlockwise.
