WARRANTIES
1 Year Limited Warranty: Speakman bathroom accessories and commercial shower heads are warranted to be free of defects in material,
workmanship, and for functionality on commercial shower heads for 1 year from date of installation. Speakman warrants to its purchases
(“Buyer”) that goods are sold free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to Speakman’s specifications at the time of
manufacturing, provided the goods are properly installed and maintained. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to
have had a non-conformance within the Warranty Period shall be, at Speakman’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the non-
conforming goods. This is Speakman’s exclusive written warranty for bathroom accessories and commercial shower heads.
5 Year Limited Warranty: Speakman commercial and hospitality plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for 5 years from date of installation. (“Warranty Period”). Speakman warrants to its purchases only (“Buyer”) that goods are
sold free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to Speakman’s specifications at the time of manufacturing, provided the
goods are properly installed and maintained. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to have had a non-
conformance within the Warranty Period shall be, at Speakman’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the non-conforming goods. This is
Speakman’s exclusive written warranty for commercial and hospitality plumbing products.
3 Year Limited Warranty: Speakman Safety products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from
date of installation. (“Warranty Period”) Speakman warrants to its purchases (“Buyer”) that goods are sold free from defects in materials
and workmanship and conform to Speakman’s specifications at the time of manufacturing, provided the goods are properly installed and
maintained. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to have had a non-conformance within the Warranty Period
shall be, at Speakman’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the non-conforming goods. This is Speakman’s exclusive written warranty
for safety products.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Speakman product finishes featured on shower heads, bathroom faucets, and bathroom accessories are
warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a limited lifetime after installation. Speakman warrants to its purchases only
(“Buyer”) that goods are sold free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to Speakman’s specifications at the time of
manufacturing, provided the goods are properly installed and maintained. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to
have had a non-conformance within the Warranty Period shall be, at Speakman’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the non-
conforming goods. This is Speakman’s exclusive written warranty for product finishes on shower heads, bathroom faucets and bathroom
accessories.
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES CONTAIN THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SPEAKMAN. ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
WHATSOEVER WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. BUYER AGREES THAT SPEAKMAN SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER THE THEORY
BE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT
