Doanyofthefollowing
Makesurethatthesystemiscommunicatingwithyouraccesspoint:
Makesurethatthenetworknameonthesystemisthesameasthe
networkname(SSID)oftheaccesspoint.Thedefaultnetworkname
isSONOSITE.Thenetworknameiscasesensiti ve.
•Ifyou
useWEPorWPAPSK,makesurethatyourWEPkeysorWPA
PreSharedkeymatchbetweentheaccesspointandultrasound
system.Thesekeysarecasesensitive.
TheNetworkStatussetuppagemayshowthatyouassociated
successfully,butyouareunabletogetaDHCPaddressbecausethe
WEPkeyissetincorrectly.
•Ifyouselectthe802.1xRADIUSsecurityoption,makesurethatthe
accesspointisturnedonandproperlyconfiguredwith802.1x
enabledandthattheSharedSecretkeybetweentheaccesspointand
authenticationservermatch.
UsethePINGutilityfromtheservertomakesure
thatthe
authenticationserverisactiveandcancommunicatewiththeaccess
point.
Thesystemdoesnot
displaythewirelessicon
afteryouselectavalid
location.
1 RemovethewirelessUSBdongle.
2 Verifythefollowing:
•Allwirelesssettingsfortheselectedloca tionarevalid.
•TheselectedwirelesscertificateisinBase64
format.
•Thesystemdateandtimearecorrect.
3 InsertthewirelessUSBdongle,andrestartthesystem.
Thesystemdisplaysthe
wirelessiconbutdoes
notcommunicatewith
DICOM.
MakesurethattheDICOMsetupiscorrect.SeeDICOMforMTurboand
S SeriesUserGuide.
Youcannotimport
wirelesscertificates.
MakesurethattheUSBstoragedevicecontainswirelesscertificatesby
viewingitscontentsonaPC.
