6 Reliability tests and approvals
6.1 Reliability tests
ZOE-M8 SiPs are based on AEC-Q100 qualified GNSS chips.
Qualification requirements are according to JEDEC standards JESD47 “Stress-Test-Driven Qualification of
Integrated Circuits" and ISO 16750 "Road vehicles – environmental conditions and testing for electrical and
electronic equipment”.
6.2 Approvals
Products marked with this lead-free symbol on the product label comply with the "Directive
2002/95/EC and Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on the
Restriction of Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment"
(RoHS).
ZOE-M8 SiPs are RoHS compliant.
