SPR96003 Troubleshooting solutions:

Problem: Has completely stopped working. I have tried it in several different outlets

and it is not working anywhere.

Solution: Maybe scraps of paper make the gear blocked. You need to open the

bottom base, and clean the gear.

Problem: It only gives two holes not three holes

Solution: Maybe you switch to 3 punch hole, but the paper has not been horizontally

placed.

Problem: Will not shut off.

Solution: Press on 'punch' button several times( about 3-5 times), then

press'reverse'button one times untile it's turn off.

Problem: One of the punches on the three-hole selection does not properly retract

and stays inserted through the punched hole, resulting in jammed paper.

Solution: You only need to press on 'punch' button constantly, and move the switch

to the edge.

Maybe it’s misoperation thatlead

paper jams.

Problem: Does not work. no sound. no punching. Dead when plugged into power outlet. (and yes the outlet works) Solution: Maybe scraps of paper make the gear blocked, you need to open the bottom base, and clean the gear. Problem: Constantly jams and the punch button has to be pushed repeatedly to work Solution: This machine maybe work overkload, only can punch maximum 30pcs paper.Or scraps of paper make the gear blocked.
