3. Folding handlebar: Open quick-release on the top of T-tube, pull
out handlebar from T-tube by pressing the spring-load button on
handlebar. Fold down handlebar to folding position.
4. Folding head tube:
Open quick-release on right side of folder. Push the "Riding" unlock
button (B) to unlock head tube and press steering tube down until
securely locked in the upright position. Then tightening the quick
release at the right side of folder to lock the folder.
