The Bluetooth OBD-II Car
Controller is connected to
a vehicle's OBD-II jack but
not functioning. None of
the 3 LEDs are lit.
The equipment is not
correctly seated in the
OBD-II jack.
Plug the equipment
correctly into the OBD-II
jack.
One or more of the
equipment connecting
contacts (pins) is / are
bent.
Carefully straighten the
bent connecting contacts
(pins). Then correctly
plug the equipment into
the vehicle's OBD-II jack.
The equipment and / or
the vehicle's OBD-II jack
is defective.
Please contact a qualified
professional.
The Bluetooth OBD-II Car
Controller won't connect
to the App or the
PC software
Incorrect PIN number
Re-establish the
connection
using the correct PIN
number.
Bluetooth
The Bluetooth OBD-II Car
Controller is defective.
Please contact a qualified
professional.
The App software isn't
working right and shuts
down prematurely.
An error occurred during
installation.
Delete and reinstall the
App.
