4. FIRST AID MEASURES
EYES: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Keep eye wide open while rinsing.
Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
SKIN: Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists.
INGESTION: IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CONTROL CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth.
INHALATION: Move to fresh air. Get medical attention immediately if symptoms occur.
NOTES TO PHYSICIAN: Treat symptomatically.
5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
GENERAL HAZARD: Avoid generating dust. Under certain conditions may cause respiratory irritation. Thermal decomposition can
lead to release of irritating and toxic gases and vapors.
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire.
FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH
(approved or equivalent) and full protective gear.

WATER SPILL: Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas.
GENERAL PROCEDURES: Cover powder spill with plastic sheet or tarp to minimize spreading and keep powder dry. Take up
mechanically and collect in suitable container for disposal. Use personal protective equipment.
COMMENTS: Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Avoid dust formation.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
HANDLING: Ensure adquate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Avoid breathing dust.
