Hardware Options
Clicking the gear icon in the EQ2 Programmable EQ’s Connections window opens the Hardware
Options menu (see the graphic below). Use the Hardware Options window to choose your pedal’s
global hardware settings.
The EQ2 Programmable EQ’s Hardware Options include the following:
• Hardware Bypass Mode: Selects between True or Buffered Bypass.
• MIDI Channel: Selects the pedal’s MIDI channel (1 through 16).
• Preset Extension Mode: Allows access to the first 8 (instead of 4) preset locations using the
SELECT/SAVE button.
• ON/OFF Footswitch Option: This dropdown menu contains 8 custom configurations for the
tap, double-tap, press + hold engaged, and press + hold bypassed actions of the footswitch.
