Button functions

STANDBY

Press STANDBY button to switch on the unit. W hen on, press this button to switch off the u nit.

Warn ing: The power is not fully cut off at standby state. If the unit will not be used for a long time, turn off the power by

disconnecting the power cord from the current supply.

Number b uttons

Press number buttons to input digits (channel numbe rs, playback time etc.).

GOTO

Press GO TO button to en ter the menu enab ling to select p la yback start ti me for the t itle, track or chapter, and to set some

other play back parame ters. To quit the menu, p ress GOTO button.

SETUP

Press SETUP button, the on-screen setup menu will be displayed.

PLAY/PAUSE

When p lay ing t he disc, press PLAY/PAUS E b utton to p ause, press the button again to return to normal play.

MUTE

Press MUTE button, no sound will be heard and t he mute symbol will display on t he TV screen. Pre ss the but ton again, and

the sound will resume.

PBC

Press to enable or disable the PBC (playback control) menu (function available only for VCD discs encoded with PBC

support).

ANGLE

When playing the disc with multi-angle, press ANGLE button to change view angle.

SEARCH +/- (REWIND/F.FORWARD )

 Press these buttons for fast forward or fast rewind; with each pressing the speed will change as follows: 2 – 4 – 8 –

16 – 32 - normal.

 In Radio mode pre ss the buttons to search strong signal stat ions manually.
