System Settings
To access system settings:
1. Tap .
2. Tap System.

1 USB-C
Lets you indicate whether you intend to use the USB-C port
for power only or as an audio input.
1 USB Audio
Lets you set the USB Audio interface to output only two
channels to increase compatibility with applications that do
not support multichannel USB audio.
Options include: Normal or Stereo Out
L When set to Stereo Out, the MixPre does not receive USB
audio from a computer.
1 File Transfer
Lets you transfer les between the MixPre and a host
computer.
1 Tone
Lets you turn tone on/o, set the tone’s level (from -20dBFS
to 0dBFS in 1 dBFS increments) and mode (to either
Continuous or L-Ident).
2 Limiters
Lets you turn limiters on/o.
2 Brightness
Lets you independently adjust the brightness of the touch
screen and the ring LEDs.
2 Date/Time
Provides access to set the date, time, and formats for both.
2 Regulatory
Provides full Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
compliance information specic to MixPre-3M.

3 Version
Provides the current rmware version and serial number.
3 Update Firmware
Lets you update the MixPre rmware from a le on the
SD card. The latest MixPre rmware can be downloaded

support/downloads
