ECG signal Quality
Make sure that the patient’s skin has been properly cleaned and dried before electrodes are
positioned. The upper channel displays lead A (red and white electrode), the lower channel
displays lead B (brown and white electrode). If the QRS amplitude on the ECG is lower than
0.5 mV (➓), you should check the positioning and the quality of the electrodes. Global quality
of ECG acquisition is shown independently for every channel (ECG 1 and ECG 2).
The bar graph color is fully blue when the quality of impedance is good enough (➒).
NOTE: If the amplitude of the signal is not sufficient, do not hesitate to change the position
of the electrode (red for channel A or brown for channel B). Cursor (➑) is only for display
and will not modify the measured amplitude of the ECG.
