Click on [Connection] / {Connection} button, HookUp RS initiates the BTLE communication
with Spider SAS.
When the communication is successful, serial
numbers of recorders detected by HookUp
RS are listed in a popup window in order to
select the Spider SAS. Select serial number
(S/N) to connect to the recorder.
[Connection] / {Connection} button is renamed [Disconnect] / {Disconnect}.
All Technical Information fields and µSD card areas are completed with the current values of
the recorder.
The button [Erase µSD] / {Erase µSD} must be used to delete all the data from the previous
recording which could still be on the card.
NOTE: If the button is not pressed, the data will be deleted when the button [Start] / {Start}
will be pressed.
[Patient to record] fields can now be filled up.
If the patient is connected to Spider SAS, ECG signal is displayed (see below).
CAUTION: If the signal is aliased (see ECG signal above) then check contacts with
electrodes, cable connections. This effect is due to a digitization problem of Spider SAS.
This kind of problem can occur on Respiration and Plethysmography signals. Contact your
representative to repair the device.
ECGS SCREEN
ECGs screen displays 2 ECG signals with QRS amplitude of each channel. Amplitude values
are refreshed beat per beat and displayed at the bottom left corner of every graphic area.
