EULA
in any manner, (ii) any information you

Sony hereunder, (iii)

a third party's rights, (iv) any damage caused by

Services,
or
the
Content. Counsel
you
select
for
defense
or
settlement
of
a claim

be consented

by Sony

Indemnified Party(s) prior

counsel being engaged

you and Sony

Indemnified Party(s).
You
and your counsel will cooperate
as
fully
as
reasonably required

be free from defects in materials and workmanship
