Fast reverse/fast forward the disc when
pressed during
playback. The search
speed changes each

you press the
button.

Starts
or
re-starts playback.

is
the
last
point
you played

Adjusts the

MUTING
Turns
off
the

Displays

To
lock
the
disc
tray
(Child
Lock)
You can
lock
the disc tray
to
avoid
accidental
opening
of
the tray.
While
the
player
is
turned on, press
•
STOP,
HOME,
and then
TOP
MENU
button
on the
remote
to
lock
or
unlock
the
tray.
Press and
hold
TV
c.9,
and then press and
hold
the
TV
manufacturer's code using
the
remote
button
for
more than 2 seconds.
If
more than
one remote
button
is
listed,
try
entering
them
one
at
a
time
until
you find
the
one
that
works
with
your
TV.
This feature may
not
be
supported by some
TV
models.
Example:
If
your
TV
is
Hitachi, press and
hold
TV
c.9,
and then press and
hold color
button
(BLUE)
for
more than 2 seconds.
