Before use
A Guide holes for the Vertical
Grip
• These holes are used when you
connect the Vertical Grip (sold
separately) to the camera. Be
sure to keep dust or debris from
getting inside the holes.
B Connector for the Vertical Grip

D Tripod receptacle
• Use a tripod with a screw length
of less than 5.5 mm (7/32 inch).
You will be unable to firmly
secure the camera to tripods
with a screw length of 5.5 mm
(7/32 inch) or longer, and
attempting to do so may
damage the camera.
