On the positioning system (POSITION plus) (NV-U93T/U83 only) The system has a function that allows the current car position to be correctly displayed even at locations where the GPS signal is temporarily interrupted or poorly received, as when going under an overpass. Gesture Command operation In map displays (except in map scrolling mode), by assigning a screen finger stroke such as line, etc., frequently-used operations can be performed easily. Route Searching The system searches for routes automatically after setting the destination. Before starting, check that GPS signals are sufficient for navigation (page 9). Setting the destination and starting guidance The procedure for searching for the route and starting route guidance is explained. As an example, setting the destination by the address is introduced here. Bluetooth function (NV-U93T/U83 only) The connecting mobile phone cannot detect this unit. t Set “Bluetooth Signal” to “On” (page 13). • While connecting to the mobile phone, this unit cannot be detected from another mobile phone. Disconnect the current connection and search for this unit from another mobile phone. Bluetooth connection is not possible. t Perform pairing again. • Depending on the model of your mobile phone, searching from this unit may not be possible.

Hinweis Wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden, hat sich der eingebaute Akku möglicherweise entladen und das Gerät schaltet sich nicht ein. Festlegen des Ziels und Starten der Routenführung Im Folgenden wird erläutert, wie Sie eine Route suchen und die Routenführung starten. Als Beispiel wird erläutert, wie Sie das Ziel anhand der Adresse festlegen können.
Navigieren Wählen Sie „Navigieren“ und dann eine der folgenden Optionen. „Sonderziel landesweit“ Sie können ein weites Suchgebiet mit begrenzten Suchkategorien festlegen. Diese Option ist zum Suchen markanter und bekannter Ziele, wie z. B. eines Flughafens, geeignet. „Sonderziel in einem Ort“ Sie können ein eng begrenztes Suchgebiet mit allen Kategorien für die Zielsuche festlegen. Diese Option ist zum Suchen eines kleineren Ziels, wie z. B. einer Tankstelle oder eines Restaurants, geeignet.
Annäherung an Kreuzung Routenanzeige Sie können die gesamte Route bis zum Ziel anzeigen. Um sie aufzurufen, wählen Sie von der Kartenanzeige aus „Optionen“ c „Route anzeigen“. Andernfalls kann es am System zu Störungen kommen.
Wartung Wie Sie den Akku ausbauen können, ist unten erläutert. Reinigung Hinweis Zerlegen Sie das Gerät nur, wenn Sie es entsorgen wollen. • Wenn die Oberfläche des Saugnapfs verschmutzt ist, so dass er nicht mehr sicher hält, reinigen Sie ihn mit einem weichen, feuchten, fusselfreien Tuch. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Saugnapf vollständig trocken ist, bevor Sie ihn wieder anbringen. • Reinigen Sie das Display mit einem handelsüblichen Reinigungstuch.

Raccordement à votre ordinateur Informations complémentaires Avant de procéder au raccordement à l’ordinateur, installez le logiciel de connexion pour ordinateur sur celui-ci. Impossible de recevoir un signal GPS. Navigeren Selecteer "Navigeren" en vervolgens een van de volgende opties. "POI nationaal" Er wordt een groot zoekgebied ingesteld, maar met beperkte zoekcategorieën. De bijgeleverde software gebruiken De belangrijkste functies van de software op de bijgeleverde disc worden hieronder beschreven. Navigazione Selezionare “Navigazione”, quindi una delle seguenti opzioni. “Cerca POI Nazionali” Consente di impostare un’area di ricerca ampia ma con categorie di ricerca limitate. Impostazione adatta alla ricerca di grandi punti di riferimento quali un aeroporto. “Cerca POI in una Città” Consente di impostare un’area di ricerca limitata ma aperta a tutte le categorie di ricerca.

Sostituzione del fusibile Per la sostituzione del fusibile dell’adattatore della batteria dell’auto, assicurarsi di utilizzare un fusibile dello stesso amperaggio di quello indicato sull’originale (2,5 A). Se il fusibile si brucia, controllare i collegamenti dell’alimentazione e sostituire il fusibile. Se dopo la sostituzione il fusibile si brucia di nuovo, è possibile che si tratti di un problema interno. In tal caso, rivolgersi al più vicino rivenditore Sony.

Du behöver bara mata in tecknen som versaler (”stora bokstäver”), eftersom systemet automatiskt konverterar dem till passande format. Vid behov kan du använda specialtecken. Kartrullningsläge Du kan växla till kartrullningsläge från kartvisningsläget genom att peka på vare sig du får ruttanvisningar eller ej. I kartrullningsläget visas hårkorset på kartan och du kan dra skärmen så att kartan rullas. Ställ in kartans skala genom att peka på / .
5 6 Ange kodnyckeln*. Ange samma kodnyckel för den här enheten som för den mobiltelefon som ska anslutas. Kodnyckeln kan antingen vara ett tal som du själv har valt eller ett tal som den anslutande mobiltelefonen genererat. Mer information finns i bruksanvisningen till den anslutande mobiltelefonen. Bekräfta genom att välja ”OK”. ”Ansluten” visas och därmed är anslutningen klar. Vissa mobiltelefoner kräver att du utför några åtgärder också på mobiltelefonen.

NV-U73T/U53 Ta bort de 4 gummipluggarna och sedan de 4 skruvarna. Om kassering av enheten Ta ur det inbyggda litiumjonbatteriet innan du kasserar enheten. Fästet lossnar från sin fästyta. Fäststyrkan minskar om ytan på sugkoppen eller fästytan är smutsiga. t Rengör ytan på sugkoppen och fästytan med en mjuk, fuktig och luddfri duk (sid. 18). Demonstrationsläget startar automatiskt även om du inte utför någon åtgärd. t Stäng av det automatiska demonstrationsläget genom att välja ”Mer...” i huvudmenyn c ”Inställningar” c ”Grundinställningar” c ”Demoläge”. Kontrollera sedan att ”Demoläge” är avstängt.

O sistema de posicionamento (POSITION plus) (só nos modelos NV-U93T/U83) O sistema tem uma função que permite calcular correctamente a actual posição do automóvel, mesmo em locais onde o sinal de GPS é fraco ou está temporariamente obstruído, como por exemplo, ao passar numa passagem superior por estrada. Para activar esta função, faça o seguinte: – Monte o aparelho no suporte. – Conduza durante algum tempo numa área onde recebe o sinal de GPS sem qualquer interferência.

Operações básicas Funcionamento do Gesture Command (Comando por gestos) Neste capítulo explicam-se os procedimentos normais de utilização do sistema. As operações são efectuadas carregando no ecrã táctil. Toque levemente com o dedo nos ícones mostrados. Nota Não carregue no ecrã com demasiada força nem com um objecto bicudo, como uma caneta, etc.
Utilização do teclado Quando precisar de introduzir texto aparece o ecrã do teclado. Basta introduzir os caracteres em maiúsculas, pois o sistema converte-os automaticamente para os caracteres adequados. Se necessário pode introduzir caracteres especiais. Candidato/campo de entrada Número de candidatos Procurar uma rota Depois de definir o destino, o sistema procura as rotas automaticamente. Antes de começar, verifique se os sinais de GPS são suficientes para a navegação (página 9).
4 “N°” ou “Cruzamento”*2 Aparece o ecrã de confirmação do endereço. *1 Disponível apenas no Reino Unido e na Holanda. *2 Só pode ser seleccionado se existir na rua escolhida. 4 Seleccione “Calcular rota”. A rota é calculada e o guia de navegação é activado. Outras maneiras de definir o destino Também pode definir o destino e procurar as rotas utilizando os métodos indicados abaixo. No menu principal, seleccione primeiro as opções pela ordem indicada abaixo e depois “Calcular rota” (se necessário).

Modo de deslocação no mapa: Para mudar para o ecrã da posição actual do veículo. 6 Ver o menu de opções. 7 Mudar para o modo de deslocação no mapa. *1 Só nos modelos NV-U93T/U83. Só aparece no ecrã do mapa durante uma chamada.
Informação dinâmica da rota Este ecrã mostra a distância até ao destino, informações sobre destinos especiais (POI), etc. Função Bluetooth (só nos modelos NV-U93T/U83) Activar a função Bluetooth Ecrã da rota Pode ver toda a rota até ao destino. Para ver, a partir do ecrã do mapa, seleccione “Opções” c “Mostrar rota”. 1 Toque em “Telefone” no menu principal. Aparece o menu da função Bluetooth. 2 3 Seleccione “Ajustes do telefone”.
5 6 Introduzir um código-chave*. Introduza o mesmo código-chave para este aparelho e para o telemóvel ligado. O códigochave pode ser o número seleccionado por si ou o número determinado pelo telemóvel ligado. Para informações, consulte o manual do telemóvel ligado. Toque em “OK” para confirmar. Aparece “Ligado” e a ligação é concluída. Dependendo do modelo de telemóvel, a ligação pode também exigir que faça algo no telemóvel.
Ligar ao computador Informações adicionais Antes de fazer a ligação ao computador, instale o software de ligação ao PC no computador. Precauções • Para utilizadores do Windows 2000 e do Windows XP: Instale o ActiveSync do disco fornecido. • Para utilizadores do Windows Vista: Se ainda não estiver instalado, transfira o “Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1” ou posterior, do site de suporte da Microsoft. 1 Ligue o aparelho ao computador com o cabo USB.
• As microondas emitidas por um dispositivo Bluetooth podem afectar o funcionamento de dispositivos médicos electrónicos. Desligue este aparelho e o telemóvel nos seguintes locais, pois pode provocar um acidente.
• Não deixe o “Memory Stick Duo”, “Memory Stick Micro” ou o adaptador M2* ao alcance de crianças, para impedir que estas o engulam acidentalmente. • Evite remover o “Memory Stick Duo” do sistema enquanto o sistema está a ler dados. • Os dados podem ficar danificados se: – retirar o “Memory Stick Duo” ou desligar o sistema durante operações de leitura – utilizar o “Memory Stick Duo” em locais expostos a electricidade estática ou ruídos eléctricos. • Deve fazer uma cópia de segurança dos dados importantes.
NV-U73T/U53 Retire as 4 fichas de borracha e depois os 4 parafusos. Notas sobre como deitar fora o aparelho Quando deitar fora o aparelho, retire a bateria de iões de lítio interna e envie-a para um centro de reciclagem. Explica-se abaixo o que deve fazer para retirar a bateria. Nota Nunca desmonte o aparelho excepto quando o deitar fora. 1 Carregue no botão RESET para desligar o aparelho.
NV-U73T/U53 Faça força nos sítios ilustrados 1 e 2 para soltar os fechos e abra a tampa traseira com as mãos 3. Notas sobre a bateria de iões de lítio • Não deixe a bateria ao alcance das crianças. • Não a agarre com pinças de metal, pois pode provocar um curto-circuito. ADVERTÉNCIA Perigo de explosão da bateria se má-utilizada. Não recarregue, abra, nem a deite no fogo. 3 1 Características técnicas 2 NV-U93T/U83 4 Retire a bateria.

A visualização do LCD é muito má. • Se a temperatura for muito alta, o LCD pode ficar escuro e dificultar a visualização. Com temperaturas baixas pode aparecer uma imagem residual no LCD. Isto não é sinal de avaria e o LCD volta ao normal assim que a temperatura atingir de novo os valores de funcionamento especificados. • O LCD está escuro. t A função de esbatimento automático da luz pode ter sido activada por ter tapado o sensor 5 (página 8)/4 (página 8) com a mão, etc.
