You cannot establish a Bluetooth connection with the NFC function.

Your IC recorder is turned off. Make sure that the power to the IC recorder is turned on.

You have not started REC Remote on the smartphone.

To establish a Bluetooth connection with the NFC function, you need to start REC Remote before you put the smartphone onto

your IC recorder.

Unlock the smartphone screen.

The NFC function of the smartphone is turned off. Depending on the smartphone, you need to turn on the NFC function or the

power. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual supplied with the smartphone.

During a pairing attempt, “Notifications” may appear. View the “Notifications” list and tap “Bluetooth pairing request.”
