To use the video light while powering
from a wall outlet (wall socket)
By using the AC Adaptor/Charger AC-VL1
1-487-539- (sold separately) and the
connecting cord DK-415 1-782-361- (sold
separately), you can use the video light
while using the camcorder on AC power.
To purchase these products, consult your
local authorized Sony service facility.
1 Connect the power cord (mains lead) to
the AC Adaptor/Charger.
2 Connect the connecting cord (DK-415)
to the AC Adaptor/Charger.
3 Set the mode switch of the AC Adaptor/
Charger to VCR/CAMERA.
4 Press the connecting part of the
connecting cord (DK-415) against the
back of your camcorder in the battery
slot and slide it in the direction of the
arrow.
You can make optimal recordings in
various situations.
1 Set the AUTO/MANUAL switch A
to AUTO.
2 Press the MENU button C.
3 Select (CAMERA SET) t
[AUTO MODE SET] with the SEL/
PUSH EXEC dial B.
4 Select [AUTO], [INTELLIGENT
AUTO], or [SCENE SELECTION]
with the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial B,
then press the dial.
