4 Press the [F7] (SET LETTER) button .
The selected letter is entered.
5 Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to enter more characters.
To enter a space
Press the [F5] (SPACE) button.
If you enter a wrong character
Press the [F6] (BACK SPACE) to go back, then
reenter a character.
To cancel the procedure to start again
Press [F9] (CANCEL) button to start over.
To change a character
Press the [<] button to the move the cursor to the
title box, the press the G or g buttons to move
the text insertion position.)
6 Press the [F10] (SAVE/EXIT) button.
The entered title is set and the menu displayed
before you pressed the EDIT TITLE button
appears again.

4-1-7 Details on VTR Memory
Bank and Memory Card
Functions
Most setting of most items can be stored to a VTR
memory bank or a memory card, with the exception of
the settings described below:
Data that can be stored to/recalled from a VTR
memory bank or a memory card
• Settings of items in the VTR SETUP menu (with the
exceptions listed below)
• Contents of the PF1/2 menus
• VTR memory bank titles
Data that cannot be stored to/recalled from a
VTR memory bank or a memory card
• Items related to the hours meter (H01 to H14)
Current settings are always maintained for these items.
