Below is a folder of option items available when you
press the (Menu) button on the folders list.
 Send
You can transfer a document from the Digital
Paper device to the destination folder in the
network drive (page 48).
You can use this item only when the folder in the
network drive is displayed.
 Open
 Delete
 Create New Folder
Option Menu
Displaying an Option Menu
You can display the option menu in document or note
lists, to open, rename and delete items (documents,
folders and notes).
1 Press the (Home) button, then tap
[Documents] or [Note].
2 Tap and hold the item to edit.
The option items appear.
* When you tap and hold a folder in the folder view,
only [Delete] is displayed.
Note
 Sony recommends that you create a backup of the
contents of the device before deleting an item.
Option Description
[Open (New Tab)] Opens a document or note in a new
tab.
[Open (Current
Tab)]
Opens a document or note in the
current tab.
[Open (Close
Tabs)]
Closes all tabs and opens the
document or note.
[Delete]* Deletes a document, folder or note.
[Rename] Renames a document or note.
[Duplicate] Duplicates a document or note.
[Send] Sends the selected documents or
notes to the network drive from this
device (page 48). This option is
displayed only if the [Network Drive
Settings] are complete.
[Reply] Returns the document to the sender
(page 49). This option is displayed if
the [Network Drive Settings] are
complete and this device can
identify the sender from the
document name.
