Using the Setup Menu

Use the Setup menu to change the Language or IR Blaster settings.

Setup Description

Set up the IR Blaster to control external equipment connected to the transmitter unit with the supplied

remote control. For details, see the supplied Startup Guide.

1 Press SETUP to display the Setup menu.

2 Press V/v/B/b to highlight an item, and press to confirm.

3 Press SETUP to exit.

IR Blaster

Category Select the category from Cable Box, Satellite, VCR, DVD, BD or Receiver.

Maker Select the manufacturer of your equipment from the list.

Select Enter code... to enter codes for equipment not listed (for code list, see page 15).

Code Select the code from the list (see page 15).

• For Sony products, most of the codes appear as text.

Test (Power On/Off) Check that the code is correct by powering on or off the equipment attached to the selected

input.

• If the equipment’s supplied remote control has both a POWER ON and a POWER OFF

button, the Test Power (On/Off) function might not work to test the IR code.

Select Save and Exit, then test if any other remote buttons will operate your

equipment.

Save and Exit Save the setting and exit the Setup menu.
