Adjusting the white
balance manually
You can manually adjust and set the white
balance. This adjustment makes white subjects
look white and allows more natural colour
balance. Normally white balance is
automatically adjusted.
In the standby/recording/memory mode,
select a desired white balance mode in the
menu settings (p. 98).
n (INDOOR) :
•Lighting condition changes quickly
•Too bright place such as photography
studios
•Under sodium lamps or mercury lamps
(OUTDOOR) :
•Recording a sunset/sunrise, just after sunset,
just before sunrise, neon signs, or fireworks
•Under a colour matching fluorescent lamp
HOLD :
Recording a single-coloured subject or
background
To return to the automatic white
balance mode
Set WHT BAL to AUTO in the menu settings
(p. 98).
If the picture is being taken in a studio lit by
TV lighting
We recommend that you record in the n
indoor mode.
When you record under fluorescent lighting
Use the automatic white balance or hold mode.
Your camcorder may not adjust the white
balance correctly in the n indoor mode.

бeлого вpyчнyю
Бaлaнc бeлого можно отpeгyлиpовaть и
ycтaновить вpyчнyю. Этa peгyлиpовкa
позволяeт пpидaть бeлым объeктaм по-
нacтоящeмy бeлый цвeт и добитьcя болee
ecтecтвeнного цвeтового бaлaнca. Oбычно
бaлaнc бeлого подcтpaивaeтcя
aвтомaтичecки.
B peжимe ожидaния/зaпиcи/пaмяти
выбepитe нyжный peжим бaлaнca бeлого в
ycтaновкax мeню (cтp. 98).
n INDOOR – peжим “в помeщeнии”:
• Пpи быcтpой cмeнe ycловий оcвeщeния
• B cлишком яpком мecтe, нaпpимep,
фотоcтyдии
• Пpи оcвeщeнии объeктa нaтpиeвой или
pтyтной лaмпой
OUTDOOR – peжим “нa yлицe”:
• Пpи зaпиcи зaкaтa/воcxодa cолнцa,
вeчepнeй или yтpeннeй зapи, нeоновыx
peклaм или фeйepвepков
• Пpи оcвeщeнии флyоpecцeнтными
лaмпaми paзныx цвeтов
HOLD – peжим блокиpовки:
Пpи зaпиcи одноцвeтного пpeдмeтa или фонa

Peкомeндyeтcя иcпользовaть для зaпиcи
peжим “в помeщeнии” n.
Bо вpeмя зaпиcи пpи оcвeщeнии
лaмпaми днeвного cвeтa
Иcпользyйтe aвтомaтичecкий peжим
бaлaнca бeлого или peжим блокиpовки.
Bидeокaмepa можeт нe отpeгyлиpовaть
должным обpaзом бaлaнc бeлого в peжимe
“помeщeния” n.
