The monitor does not turn on even when the product is
turned on.
[FINDER/MONITOR] has been set to [Viewfinder(Manual)] and the Electronic
Viewfinder is popped up. Push down the Electronic Viewfinder or change
[FINDER/MONITOR] to [Auto].

You are using a memory card with a write-protect switch, and the switch is set
to the LOCK position. Set the switch to the record position.
Check the free capacity of the memory card.
