Precautions • Before operating the unit for the first time or after replacing the car battery, press the reset button with a ballpoint pen etc., then operate the unit. Troubleshooting Guide The following checklist will assist in the correction of most problems which you may encounter with your unit. Before going through the checklist below, refer to the connection and operating procedures. Sicherheitsmaßnahmen • Bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen oder nachdem Sie die Autobatterie ausgetauscht haben, drücken Sie mit einem Kugelschreiber oder etwas ähnlichem die Rücksetztaste, und benutzen Sie das Gerät erst dann. Setzen Sie die CD weder direktem Sonnenlicht noch Wärmequellen wie zum Beispiel Warmluftauslässen aus. Lassen Sie sie nicht in einem in der Sonne geparkten Auto liegen, denn die Temperaturen im Wageninneren können sehr stark ansteigen.
Abnehmen und Anbringen der Frontplatte Um einem Diebstahl des Geräts vorzubeugen, kann die Frontplatte abgenommen werden. Bei schlechtem UKWEmpfang — Monauraler Modus Radioempfang SENS Automatisches Suchen nach einer Sendestation — Automatischer Sendersuchlauf 1 Wählen Sie den gewünschten Frequenzbereich (Band). „FM“ auf dem Display steht dabei für UKW-Sender. TUNER Drücken Sie einmal auf die rechte oder linke Seite der Taste SEEK/AMS/MANU. Der automatische Sendersuchlauf beginnt.
Automatisches Speichern von Sendestationen — Automatischer Senderspeicher Das Gerät sucht automatisch Sender in ausreichend guter Empfangsqualität für die einzelnen Frequenzbereiche (FMI, FMII, FMIII, MW und LW) und speichert sie. Pro Frequenzbereich können bis zu 6 Sender auf den Stationstasten 1 bis 6 gespeichert werden, und zwar in der Reihenfolge ihrer Sendefrequenz. 1 Wählen Sie den gewünschten Frequenzbereich (Band) (Seite 8). 2 Drücken Sie die Taste länger als 2 Sekunden.

A.MEM Premere il tasto per più di due secondi. L’apparecchio inizierà a effettuare la scansione della banda di frequenza selezionata e memorizzerà automaticamente nei tasti numerici da 1 a 6 le stazioni sintonizzate.
Ricezione di notiziari sul traffico Per ricevere una stazione di notiziari sul traffico Premere il tasto SDK . n Sul display appare “SDK”. Dopo circa 30 secondi l’apparecchio inizierà la ricerca di una stazione con notiziari sul traffico. Quando viene trovata una stazione, apparirà anche l’indicazione “SK”. Quando inizia un notiziario sul traffico, n l’indicazione “SDK” lampeggia. Quando si capta un notiziario sul traffico, la trasmissione radio o compact disc viene interrotta.
Altre funzioni Disattivazione rapida audio — Funzione di disattivazione audio MUTE Regolazione delle caratteristiche del suono 1 2 Selezionare la caratteristica che si desidera regolare premendo SEL ripetutamente il tasto . Manutenzione Sostituzione del fusibile Quando si sostituisce il fusibile, assicurarsi che l’amperaggio sia lo stesso di quello del fusibile in dotazione. Se il fusibile brucia, controllare i collegamenti e sostituirlo. Se il fusibile nuovo dovesse anch’esso bruciare, forse il problema viene dall’interno dell’apparecchio. In questo caso contattare il più vicino rivenditore Sony.

Il lettore CD non può essere usato a causa di qualche problema. Premere il pulsante di azzeramento oppure il tasto 6 dell’apparecchio.
