Tips for using the battery pack Notes on the rechargeable battery pack Caution Never leave the battery pack in temperatures above 60Β°C (140Β°F), such as in a car parked in the sun or under direct sunlight. The battery pack heats up Battery pack care The switch on the battery pack This switch is provided so that you can mark the charged battery pack. Set the switch to the βgreen markβ position when charging is completed. (When removed from the charging adaptor, the switch exposes the green mark.
Tips for using the battery pack The life of the battery pack If the battery indicator flashes rapidly just after turning on the camcorder with a fully charged battery pack, the battery pack should be replaced with a new fully charged one. Charging temperature You should charge batteries at temperatures from 10Β°C to 30Β°C (from 50Β°F to 86Β°F). Lower temperatures require a longer charging time.
